REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. House of Intuition does not issue refunds or accept returns. We do offer exchanges for damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery at shipping@wanova.shop.
Additional non-returnable items include:

*Books
*Readings
*Online classes
*Opened Tarot decks
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
EXCHANGES
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged (outside of during shipping) or not in its original packaging will not be accepted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shipping@wanova.shop to initiate the exchange. House of Intuition is not responsible for shipping fees on exchanges.
NAVIDIUM PACKAGE PROTECTION
If you purchased Navidium Package Protection and any of your items arrived damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition you can file a claim here.
Damaged Items
- Obtain clear photos/video of damage item(s), original shipping container, and packaging material as evidence of your claim. Please send this proof to shipping@shop. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response confirming your email contents has been received.
- Claims for damaged orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
